Good Quality Psyllium
Good Quality Psyllium. I have tried others but this works for my body. I eat a lot of fast food and have a extremely stressful life and this product helped my GI track issues.

It’s pretty good!
Over all I felt this product was pretty decent. It definitely helps keep you regular. I helps with bloating but it takes a few days to get used to. At first I felt like it made bloating worse but it’s just because your body is just getting used to it. Seems like a good product will definitely continue using. Thanks

Contains aloe - an anthroquinone!
Bought this for the fiber supplement (psyllium husk), but didn't realize it also contains aloe (unspecified which parts of the plant included). Aloe contains a yellow substance between the rind & inner clear gel called latex. This latex is a powerul anthraquinone laxative associated with melanosis coli of the colon. Read the fie print!!!

Kind of worked
At first it seemed to be working the first few weeks. After that, not really. I had higher expectations, but unfortunately it didn’t do much for me.
