Very happy with this purchase. Unlike many competitors, these booties wrap around your entire foot, not just the bottom and top, ensuring every area of your foot is cooled. They stay very cold for a long time. I needed to wear thick socks as they were almost too cold on my toes. Well made and easy to use.

Bought these for a friend undergoing chemotherapy. He iced his hands and feet during his treatments and never had any trouble with numbness Neuropathy) in his hands or feet from the drugs. These fit well and were easy to take on and off.

My diabetic boyfriend loves these for his nerve pain. They get REALLY cold & don't thaw out for a long time once on. We have used them as a cold pack for other parts of the body. We also travel with them! They do get really stiff when frozen so takes a bit to get them adjusted so you can put them on, but overall they are great. Don't walk in them, just put them on while sitting & remain seated until done.

The boots feel amazing! Perfect temperature but I do use it with thin socks to have some barrier. Such a great relief for the pain in feet BUT the stitching is AWFUL n are already ripping during the second, the 2nd use!!!! So close to being perfect!

Update 2/14/24 I had surgery on my other foot and am still using these and still love them! They have held up great! I bought these prior to having foot surgery. My surgery included incisions on both sides of my foot and the top of my foot, so I wanted something that would ice all of the areas at the same time. I wear size 7 1/2 womens shoes but I ordered the large size incase I needed them to fit over the wound dressings along with swelling. I'm glad I did, they were comfortable to wear for icing my swollen foot. When my foot returned to its regular size these were of course a little big for me but still extremely effective in icing my foot. You definitely don't want a tight fit. I couldn't be happier with this product! One suggestion that I used from a previous review which worked great...I shoved a pair if socks into the toe area and one in the ankle area before freezing to maintain the shape once frozen.

I dont walk on them while theyre on. I did with another brand and it popped the gel out of it. Didn't want to ruin these. They sure feel great on sore achy feet! Easy to fold back up in bag and place back in freezer when done.

I got these as occasionally I have longer than usual days spent on my feet on concrete floors. Those days come in clusters of two or three in a row, and I learned caring for my feet before bed makes a huge difference. While these freeze well, and slide on easily, they weigh a lot more than I expected, are awkward and bulky, and there’s no inner lining so socks must be worn to prevent tissue damage. Some of the seams feel a little sharp against sensitive skin. They also don’t stay cold as long as another type I’ve purchased. In the end, I’ve kept these as a backup to my favorite other type, which is a sock with pockets for frozen inserts. While I wouldn’t say these were a waste of money, they also didn’t work as well as I’d hoped.

These got me through the last 2 months of pregnancy in the summer while being busy at work. Felt like therapy at night. Can be extremely cold at first so I would let them sit for 2 or so minutes before slipping on.

I have been super concerned about my feet swelling... i'm young but got hit by a car and required a lot of surgery and recently my feet and lower legs began swelling.. It hurt a fair amount and there was no comfortable way to elevate them and ice them at the same time until I found these. They are essentially slippers that are ice packs for your ankles. They work so well. I can walk much better now. The swelling has gone waay down in just a couple days. I love how compact they fold up and go in your fridge. They even include a freezer bag to keep them in so you don't have nasty foot germs on your frozen food. They literally have helped me get back on track with my physiotherapy and walking again so I think it's one of the best $30 I've ever spent. I'll undoubtably use them for years to come. Seem very durable. You can even walk in them although they have no grip so i dont recommend that... but it's nice if you forget something you don't have to take your feet out of a bucket of ice, dry them off then go get something and come back and they barely condensate at all so I can elevate them on my elevation pillow under my desk while I'm icing them. What a great product. Thank you to whoever thought this up because it has truly helped me to walk again when I was worried I might lose my feet and require amputation.... this has made it easy to keep up with the icing routine I need to keep my feet from swelling. I'm so impressed. Would give 12 stars out of 5 if math worked that way.

Tried it yesterday. So easy to use and very effective. Only problem is don.t try to stand or walk in them too slippery and use thin sock otherwise too cold on skin. tried cool socks no good . not comfortable and too tight around arch. Boot better foot slides in velcro strap to hold and bid enough for my husband to use to Nicole

It provides relief for my sprained ankle, but I didn't get a storage bag with it like I was supposed to. I don't really like that I have to worry about foot germs when I put it in the freezer with my food. Especially since I have to walk around with it since no socks or slippers fit on it. If I got the storage bag like it says is supposed to come with it, it would be 5 stars. Update: I find sometimes it's especially cold so I have to give it some time, or it's only slightly cold and it's when I leave them in the freezer for same amount of time. I've had them for a few months and one has slightly ripped and the Velcro straps are not super great to be honest. Often times they come undone after not that long. But for the price I paid and to get 2, they're not bad

I have a medical condition that causes my feet to heat and swell, and these booties are GREAT. They are the first ones I've found that cover the toes as well. They are easy to have in the freezer, easy to smooth/move to be able to stick your foot in and the ankle strap helps to hold them in place. They hold the cold for a good period of time. If you have high arches, you may want to rest your feet against something to have the cold press into the bottoms of your feet with more coverage.. but overall these are great, and a good price.

Up until now I’ve used the socks with the gel pack inserts to manage my foot pain. Compared to those, these have more cooling gel and stay colder longer. They also provide better “all over” foot coverage including the sides of the feet, heel and ankles. They also don’t sit as close to the skin/don’t create as much compression. I wear a 9W in women’s shoes and I purchased L which leaves lots of extra room. There is no gel at the front of the ankle which is a definite con for me because I have pain there. They are also MUCH heavier than the socks with the inserts. You also can’t wear these without using the ankle strap (unless you’re able to be perfectly still) and the strap is very tight, even at it’s loosest “setting”. I have average size ankles for a woman and the strap is almost too tight for me given my foot pain.
