Mushroom Grow Kit - Magic All in One Mushroom Grow Bags - 4 Pack

I ordered the 2lb 4 pack and every bag took, mycelium grew fast, and currently fruiting all 4 now. They aren't the biggest bags but as a complete novice I had great luck compared to the 6lb bags from Spore Sorcery which grew incredibly slow until infection. I will order again.

Bad reviews means these people didn’t have clean cultures… Liquid culture will be your best bet. If you have worked with mushrooms you’d know agar is king but with these bags you can really just take a breather on all the prep mushrooms require. Get a clean LC from a trusted vendor or if you have one already, I would test on agar before inoculating. Moisture and microclimate seems great so far.Edit: Updated with results. Couldn’t be more impressed. I ended up casing or adding a top layer of 50/50 coir and verm a half inch thick. Biggest fruits to date. Two 100+ gram fruits from this little tank of a bag.

I work in a professional sterile lab under a flow hood and purchased these to jump start some projects over the holidays because I didn't have time to sterilize my own bags. None of these grew and was a total waste of $200, I didn't even get any mold or bacteria to grow... Just nothing, wonder if these bags are even heat treated... Don't tell me my procedure is bad I just started grains from another brand as well as made 10+ successful transfer to agar and multiple new clean and tested cultures from the SAME genetic material used on these bags... Wouldn't recommend this to anyone especially anyone less than an expert. Failure may just put anyone off from trying again.

Edit: seller offered full refund. Since they are willing to do that than ill change my review.This was a contaminated bag. 2 out of two bag contaminated with trich. Would ask for money back hut its outside the window.. how convenient. Wont be buying again. I also had a clean setup before inoculation. SAB alcohol face mask gloves etc

Great Product. Provides a great seal for the inoculation stage. Size is as advertised but not priced relative to what it is.

So I inoculated 2 out of my 4 bags 4 weeks ago. One G. Teacher, one B+. Of the two, B+ is growing normally, the other is just barely but shows some small white growth.The other two bags I left in the original box and stored them until I was ready to inoculate a new batch today. I pull them out and the two I stored are filled with grey/brown mold. Glad I checked them first and I didn’t waste a good inoculate in them.This isn’t my first grow, I don’t have any obvious mold in my inoculated bags and I never inoculated the two moldy bags, they must have come contaminated.Since I’ve had about a 50% success rate so far and I’m a week beyond the return period when I discovered the contamination I’m going to leave this with a 2 star review. At least I had 1 definitely good outcome out of 4.

Zero success, mold growth problems.
