Modway Prospect Velvet Upholstered Contemporary Modern Loveseat In Ivory

I bought this loveseat in black velvet a few weeks ago and just love it.I took a chance on it, because I really needed something for visitors to to sit down on and relax, but I’m disabled and am just not well enough to go furniture shopping.I didn’t trust a chair to be comfortable enough, especially since things are made so small these days. So, I chose this loveseat.I’m giving it 5 stars because:• it’s comfortable, especially for not having springs. The velvet feels nice to the touch & holds me in place• the dimensions are such that even my tall, leggy friend is comfortable• the high back and sides allow for different sitting positions• it’s light enough for someone with little strength or physical stamina to unpack, put together & move around• the overall feel is very nice - not a luxury piece, but it doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy (I’m 190 lbs.)• it cleans up easily (even the tufted areas) with a paddle style lint remover• it’s reasonably priced• it arrived on time• it didn’t need airing out, arrived odorless 🙂• and, finally, it looks great!Also, I didn’t plan to use it as a dressing chair, but now that I am, I’m glad I chose velvet.I'm very pleased with this purchase and recommend it to anyone else looking for bedroom or living room seating, for themselves or for others.

A few nice things. The tufting is very nice and tight. The seat cushion cover is seperate and has a zipper so it would seem you can remove it and wash it.There is a strong piece of velcro on the bottom of the cushion so it will stay in place. There is a zipper on the bottom of the sofa too, but I don't know why because you cant remove it because of the tufting.It is not the most comfortable piece to lounge on, and it is very small, more like a chair and a half than a loveseat. The cushion cover does pull forward if you sit on it, but goes back in place with some shifting and the cushion plumps back up overnight. It does look a little messy when you get up from sitting for awhile though.I have been using it exclusively to lounge on while waiting for the rest of my furniture so I am probably not being as kind to it as a piece of furniture that is only used occasionally for extra seating.It is very low, meaning the back of the loveseat is low, but I am 5'2" so it's fine for me. A taller person may not like it.The color is very nice, a perfect creamy white. The fabric is super soft.If you are just sitting upright, like it is meant to be used it is actually very comfortable and supportive.Only 4 stars because of how messy it looks when you get up. Otherwise it is a very nice, formal love seat, just don't expect plush softness, but I think you should see that from the mfg. pictures.

Much more of an aqua blue than I thought it would be. Looks far lighter in the product photos. I was expecting a light, soft blue but I'm very happy that it's a rich aqua instead. Lovely material...easy to assemble. Hopefully it has a long and happy life.

In love with this! I ordered the black velvet loveseat! Now that I have, I’m thinking on ordering the chair as well! It sets my bedroom off and just compliments it so well! Although it arrived nearly out of the box cause the packaging was so damaged, the merchandise was perfectly fine. Only assemble is to attach the legs..

Very comfortable easy to put together and classy the perfect fit.

This chair is perfect. I wanted something comfy and femme for my office. The chair comes mostly assembled. All you have to do is attach the legs. It is the perfect height for my writing table/desk. From the floor to the top of my desk is about 31 inches and from the floor to the top of the seat cushion is about 16 inches. I like to sit low. I like to curl up with my feet in the seat and my computer in my lap. This chair was the perfect solution and alternative to a traditional office chair.

the loveseat looks good but the legs are screw in and not the best quality. when I sit it is unstable (moves back and forth because the legs are not sturdy enough for stability. great probably for kids or adults under 100 lbs, but as an adult male weighing in at 225, not very sturdy at all.

Perfect! I was looking for a small piece of furniture to balance out my white sofa and add a pop of color. I was a little hesitant to order because I wasn't sure this would be a good color, but it's wonderful! If you like an elegant almost tiffany blue, then this is perfect! It looks so expensive! I've already received tons of compliments. People think I'm joking when I tell them I got it from Amazon. It looks like a high end specialty boutique piece.

I got this for a great discount (it was the last one in the light blue velvet colour). I don’t know that I would ever pay the full price but it is very comfy and looks super cute in my library. Very happy!

I order blue velvet couch and we are using it since 3 months now. Size is really small compared to other 2 seaters we see usually. Overall quality is what is bothering me. Its really light. I can literally pick it up with my hands and carry around in room! That\s proves wood quality is not really good as per the price. Other than that design is perfect.
