I love this!
I have a lot of stiffness and muscle pain that builds up in my neck and between my shoulder blades. My friend who is a masseuse, let me borrow a similar product that she had and it helped relieve the tension so much that I had to buy a hook for myself. The inside of the hook fits perfectly around the neck and the two built-in pressure points fit on either side of the spine to help work those tense neck muscles. The curve also fits over the shoulder for the end of the hook to go right into those tense shoulder blade muscles. I use this product anytime I need to work the tension out of my muscles and it is a wonderful tool!!

Not bad
It’s shorter than I thought. It's hard to reach the middle of my back, but I can get my shoulder blades. there is a longer version, but it’s a bit spendy

Just right size
I love the size and length. I have a possible tear in my rotator cuff and going to PT. I have knots in the upper shoulder and I was told they use something called TheraCane to get knots out. I looked at the different types of these devices and the TheraCane. I like this small size opposed to the other longer ones.It works great and easy to hang on to. I am small and slender and fits my neck and shoulder area well. My husband is 6ft weights 200 lbs so he is bigger and he can use it easily as well. The devise is very sturdy and I def think it would take a lot to break it.

Ridge right where you don’t want it
Good size for All but mid and low back. I prefer my theracane for low and mid back. Like the little knobs for neck ms paraspinalsDrawback is there is ridge on the cane esp on plastic balls. I assume the ridge is from the manufacture pricess. The ridge gets in the way of doing massage with the cane. I can only use cane for gentle pressure points due to ridgesToo bad about ridges, since it significantly limits the use of an otherwise nice massage tool

Too small.. Do you want to hit all the knots or not?
Should have listened to what the other reviewers say. It really is too small to hit all the spots in the back. I'm 5'7" and lean, and it is not nearly as easy as the theracane form factor. If you're a bigger person, you're only going to hit your traps.I gave 4 stars for pain relief because I'm a smaller guy. Likely will be less stars for someone larger.--I like the bigger ball on this.--The double nubs is kinda fun running it down the back of your next.--I like the simplicity of design.--I don't like the pamphlet it came with. Woefully useless and reassures you it was made in a country far away. Should have snapped a photo of it.Maybe it's shorter and thus more transportable, but do you want to hit all the knots or not? Spend slightly more and get the right cane.
