These are MUCH brighter and are lighter weight than the purse/pocket size metal flashlights I've bought in the past in stores. Also, they are the simple on/off type. No unnecessary levels of brightness or annoying flashing. And they take only 2 batteries each, so your pack of batteries won't run out as fast. But don't trust the "heavy duty" non-alkaline batteries that come with these. I was going to use them for the short period they might last, but they were already too old and caused a dim light. Fortunately, we keep plenty of alkaline batteries handy. These flashlights worked great with those. I just wish they were all bright colors. The dark blue and ugly army green colors aren't very easy to see in a purse or a junk drawer.

These small flashlights are very bright. I now have 2 boxes of 6. I keep one in every room in my house, and in my car. I was in the kitchen at 4 am this morning, when the electricity went out and everything went very dark. I walked a few feet to my kitchen drawer and got a flashlight. Then, I turned one a few more and lit up 3 rooms, with the 1st one being a bathroom. They stand on their base, making it very easy to set one on a table or counter. Then, point the beam at the ceiling and you get maximum light distraction. Share these awesome flashlights with your friend and family. They make great small gifts and stocking stuffers.

Keep one in my pocketbook, gave one away, and have the others throughout the house.

Liked these but enough batteries for only 3 flashlights.

I was very happy and surprised to see that the batteries were included. It was a great quality and the good amount for the money.

I would purchase these again we use these at work in van's they're a great product.

Perfect for each room in house.. and car

A tad cheap looking and feeling compared to other brands I have purchased. Borderline overpriced for what you get. Dollar store quality or less.
