Wished they’d use less plastic
While these are smaller and makes them easy to swallow I don’t understand why companies waste so much plastic as when you open it there is a lot of empty space in the bottle, come on we are supposed to be cutting down on plastic use

Great for younger guys (take 1 a day)
This multivitamin is great for younger guys that want a little extra insurance that they're getting their daily values met for most vitamins and minerals. I'm in my 20s and get most of my vitamins and minerals from the foods that I eat, but I take one of these a day for an extra boost. I like that these don't have iron, as I get plenty from my diet. I also like that this doesn't have an excess amount of biotin (does terrible things to your skin and I'm already acne prone). I like that the individual pills are normal sized and easy to swallow. Overall, taking one of these a day makes this bottle a great value.

This medicine delivered on May 7 2023 with expiry date of July 2023 only about 80 days. The bottle has 280 capsule. Am I supposed to eat the whole bottle now?
