Good Honing Oil
I ordered one of Dan's Whetstones and knew that I needed honing oil to go with it so I ordered this. The oil seems to be working well with the whetstone and is important in carrying off the near invisible metal flecks that proper honing generates. Eventually, I will run out of oil, and I plan to re-order this brand and quantity again.

This stuff is top notch.
This is a very high quality oil. This bottle will last years of use. There is no unpleasant oder. You will be pleased with this purchase.

It works but be careful with the bottle
This honing oil works to help shave down small amounts of metal, but be very careful with the bottle. The lid opening will absolutely hose anything nearby simply by tilting the bottle. The oil is extremely thin. I would recommend using a syringe to draw it straight from the bottle and apply to the honing surface.
