It works well but the battery is basically dead when I first got it

I bought this key fob for my corvette and it was very easy to program and it works perfectly if you need to replace your corvette key fob this one will do the job.

The product would not program. Followed the same procedure with another FOB and it programmed fine.Changing the battery didn't help. Chatted with customer service and they told me that it was not compatible with my car. They told me they didn't have one compatible with my car. Although when using the product selector on their website, it shows compatible. Amazon definitely shows it compatible too.The product that they sent me doesn't have any numbers or markings. So I can't tell if they sent the correct one or not. The did offer to refund me if I sent the old one back. But for the low price of the item - It's not worth the time or effort. I threw it in the trash.I told them that they could either issue the refund or get a bad review. Here it is. Also - the customer service agent "Anne" was not helpful or sympathetic to the situation at all. (Anne - here's the shoutout I promised you).Found an original used one on eBay for $5.00.

Just purchased a 2004 (C5) Corvette and it didn’t come with a factory remote. Couple minutes in the driver seat to program and works great! All functions lock, unlock, trunk and alarm all work as they should! No more having to use the key to unlock the doors!! 10/10

I bought 2 of theses, This fob programmed super easy on my C5 Z06. The buttons all work as expected, however there could be some improvements made. After using this fob over a few weeks, there are random times when the doors or trunk will just unlock or lock if unlocked. Upon further investigation, I found that the buttons on the fob protrude up above the surrounding plastic on the fob. When this fob is in your pocket, one of the buttons will inadvertently press, causing the door or trunk to lock or unlock.If the buttons were flush with the surrounding material, it would be less likely to press on accident. However, the fob works and I guess that's the important thing.

Doesnt work for 04 corvette. Description says it does

So I got the remote tried to program it but the battery was dead, replaced the battery programmed it and it worked perfectly until the next morning. Used my old remote went to work figure ah maybe it was a cheap battery so I went out bought a battery (good one) put it in worked great again. Until I went to go home doesn’t work another battery dead. Ok now something wrong with the remote texted usremote they said send it back with tracking info. Ok well I went to send it back and it’s gonna cost almost as much to send it back to them with tracking from Canada as I paid for it so I may as well just leave it on the shelf. I went and purchased one from another supplier. Well see how that one works. Fingers crossed
