This syrup was nuts! So many sparkles in it, and it tasted pretty good too. I'm someone who enjoys real maple syrup, and I thought it tasted good. Turned every pancake into a disco, so the value is up to you; this isn't discount store syrup. You'll want to shake it, maybe turn the bottle upside down a bit to make sure all the sparkles get mixed up really well before you use it. The consistency wasn't too thick and not too watery, but very similar to real maple syrup. The bottle size was average for a maple syrup bottle.

I didn't know a syrup could be fun, but this is. I put it on a spiral ham last Christmas and am doing the same this year. I add it before I cook it and then pour more on & use as a dipping sauce for dinner. It's whimsical and fun and adds a bit of whimsy to your meal. I haven't tried it on pancakes yet but I will. The quality of the syrup is top notch, it's delicious and not too sweet. It's worth the money and tastes delish. It's the perfect thickness and I really enjoyed it.
