My original camera was lost when someone stepped on it. This one worked as soon as I hooked it up.Update: The camera worked well for a little over a year. It finally just stopped working. I haven't decided whether it is worth buying a replacement.

Works pretty good. The mount did come loose and I lost the camera. I emailed the seller and they sent me a new one without any issue. Gotta love that.

The seller/manufacturer reached out to me and provided me options to correct the problem. This was expected and greatly appreciated.The camera is attached to the license plate bracket by one small rivet. It takes little effort for the rivet to break off and then you loose an expensive camera. Build quality is poor - so watch out!

My camera itself came off the back license plate on a long road trip and they sent me a new one for 40% off and it had a locking screw on it and I added thread lock to it to make sure I did not loose this one. My camera is on the bottom of the license plate causing the back up screw to be more apt to loosen because it is upside down. Thank you ERIN I love having it so when I am parked between two trucks or SUV's I no longer have to back out blind. I am 79 GREAT UNIT WITH NO WIRES TO INSTALL.

I had ordered two of these, and it worked for about two years but stopped working both together. The batteries gave up and there's not an easy way to replace these batteries, they could make it so you can replace the batteries but now I have to order two new ones but I'll probably stick with wired from now on.

UPDATE: I posted the following review then within 24 hrs I was contacted by FoxPark club about my problem. These people stayed on my case until it was resolved. First they made sure I had done everything possible to get my existing system troubleshooting taken care of. When it was obvious that there was a camera failure, they immediately shipped a free replacement. By the time I was able to install the replacement camera, the second camera failed. I contacted them, they apologized and asked if it would be ok to send me an entirely new/upgraded completed backup camera system. (which has more features) I agreed of course, and installed the system which is working fine. I am hopeful that I will get a reasonable life expectancy from this system. Either way, customer service was amazing, this is the way it is supposed to be handled! Thank you Erin!Ordered entire system and 1 extra camera so I could use one on the goose neck and one one the bumper. Brackets make it difficult to line up with the hitch ball without some modifications.Extra camera that I was using for the bumper died after about 6 months, and of course the return and support window has closed for this item.Don't expect them to make it good.

TERRIBLE DESIGN!! CAMERA FELL OFF!! I'm honestly shocked that this design passed before manufacturing!! The bracket is held up by a screw the size of an eyeglasses screw, and if it breaks, the camera is no longer fastened to the bracket! That tiny little eyeglasses screw is the ONLY thing holding it together!!I only had it for TWO DAYS, and the screw BROKE off (likely because you can see the metal bent off around it - the metal is not sturdy), and my camera fell off mid-drive. Now I'm OUT of a camera entirely!Even if you use the adhesive, the bracket is what adheres to the adhesive. So, if the bracket is faulty, then your camera will NOT be adhered to it! I'm sure the solar feature is awesome and perhaps this is a great camera, but this is a MAJOR DESIGN FLAW that will LEAVE YOU WITHOUT A CAMERA ENTIRELY!!

Bought the 2 camera kit. Installed one in the front license plate and another at the rear license plate.Instalation was a breeze and the monitor pairs instantly with both cameras. Very discreet and great visibility even at night.Great image quality also. Have been usinging them about a month and they really do charge with sunlight.
