Very nice system. I love it. This is my 4th purchase. The customer service is great.
Installation is easy and the motorized system works smoothly and quietly. I am very satisfied.The instruction video should be modified to clearly and SLOWLY show that the strap connection (that is detached for packaging) needs to be re-attached, and the drivers brought to center. Adding voice instructions will be helpful.I used it with Dothe drapes and the results is as good as very expensive, professionally made curtains.I am ordering another one. This is the only system I found with rechargeable battery, so there is no need for electric outlet near the curtain.Edit to my previous comment: I found the second and third rods to be just as perfect and easily installed. Installation horrendous
Do not buy. Waste of money. Beautiful product but installation terrible. The product does not work the way advertised. I am an handy person but unable to crack this after spending alomst 2weeks to figure it out and got itred of it. I have to be using it manually after spending almost $430. THE ARE NOT ACCEPTING RETURN TOO.
