Kryptek Men's Cirius Packable Down Hunting Jacket

I'm really happy with this purchase and it fits perfectly. It's very warm and comfortable. The quality is excellent.

This is a perfect puffy to carry in my backpack during hunting season. Stuff's into it's own pocket and takes up little space; but is plenty warm to layer on when I decide to take breaks from hiking. Seems good quality and well made. If you can get it on sale it is worth the price.

Ordered for an archery backpack elk hunt. This is an amazing puffy. My one knock is it’s a little heavy for my application. Large comes in at 1LB .03OZ. However, it keeps you warm in the Idaho mountains in September and I was able to stuff it in my pack to take up air pockets. Great product by a great company.

I was looking for a packable jacket for static hunting under my outer layer when I needed a little boost in warmth and for backpacking trips. The fit was good, but its designed to be a little tight I think. This isn't something you wear lots of layers under and put on top. I'm 6'1" and 240. I got an XL. I can wear a base layer and a wooly pully under it but not much more. I've worn it on backpacking trips over just a Brynje mesh and a light wool top down to freezing and been okay but I was moving. Its not super warm.The down side for me is the creases. Both the sleeves and the body sides have creases, probably from packing, that I can't get out. I've run it through the dryer (air only) with tennis balls multiple times and the creases (and thus presumably lines of no insulation) just won't go away. The camo pattern is also a little meh. Its a bit too heavy on the lighter colors, but I don't really care about that.The price was okay when I purchased it and I figure I got what I paid for and I'm happy.Cheers

Very warm and lightweight! Easily stored in small compartment. Would purchase again

There are jackets that pack smaller, but they aren't as warm. There are others that are warmer, but they pack too large. This one is just right, and fabric feels fairly durable for this style of jacket. I wore it under a light shell during spring turkey hunt, mornings were in the upper 20's and I was quite comfortable. It packed nicely while hiking 8 miles a day in the mountains trying to find birds.
