Better than original torch
This is a quality replacement torch. I'm not a expert cutter but I think this is a fine replacement for the cheaper Chinese plasma boxes. Note: if u fail to ignite plasma stream, take off outer consumables and loosen electrode 1/2 to 1 full turn. Replace consumables and try again. This is 2nd torch I've owned and neither would produce plasma stream with electrode completely tightened. Don't know cause. Found same tip on YouTube long ago and had machine cutting in no time. Hope this may be helpful to someone

Converted plasma cutter to pilot arc with this
Purchased a cut50 for cheap and then used this to convert it to a pilot arc. Works perfect and easy to do after watching a few vids on YouTube

Do at your own risk
I connected the small wire that comes with this torch to my ground wire at the machine and now when I pull trigger it is pilot Arc, works so much better, than the torch that came on my cut 50.
