Time will tell but so far so good. Only negative is top is pulled off when removing weighed sticky material. I am sure the problem will be resolved with familiarity. The length of life is the largest concern.

This scale is easy to use but I haven’t used it but a few times when the front cover panel started coming off and when I try to change units it doesn’t work right. It will go back and forth from grams to percents but skip ounces until I just keep playing with it for a while. I would not purchase this one again.

Compact and precise. Just what I was looking for.

I wanted a a bigger sized more accurate scale than the one I had, but not huge and heavy, still storable/hide-able. I was VERY pleased at first glance, the size was PERFECT! I also wanted one I could plug in (battery was give or take), but now I’m glad there was a battery option because the adapter that was provided is the wrong one and leaves a little “o” endlessly trailing across the screen rendering the scale inoperable. The batteries gave the option to see if it functions at all. IT DOES!!! I don’t have precise weights to fully calibrate it, but it passed my water test from 5-30g. I am excited to use it in the “real world” for all of our baking needs! We do everything in grams so I love that it turns on immediately to that unit. I don’t care that it doesn’t have kilos or lbs, but it only uses oz (which we’ll never use) OR GRAMS!!! I MAY UPGRADE MY RATING IF THE COMPANY GETS BACK TO ME AND CORRECTS THE WRONG ADAPTER ISSUE, or once we actually use it as we do several times a week. I really wanted the plug in feature 😢!

If you bake and measure our meals this is the best scale for that!!

We were looking for a scale that you could read while a box was sitting on it. This was the option we have landed on. It has served us well. You do have to make sure that you turn it off, or it will run down the batteries

I bought this scales about a year ago. They were working great for about 9 months, after that they started to give inaccurate reading. Finally, few days ago, when I removed the plug from the wall, one of the prongs stayed in the outlet. I am trying to find replacement adapter, but an automated answer assistant said there isn't one available. To begin with the scales didn't look very durable, but they were working for me. I bake a lot and the batteries are needed to be replaced often. The suggestion of automatic answering assistant "they come with 3 AAA batteries ,you can use those to make the scales work" isn't a satisfactory answer!

Scale feels cheaper than a child’s toy. The display that is only glued on keeps trying to peel away on each end and the only thing holding it is the button sensors that are part of that display. It arrived like that. While the response and accuracy seem 5 star worthy, the quality of this unit just feels really bad. For as much as I use a scale, it’s gotta go back. I will say if function is all you care about, it could be worth it for you. Another positive is that the weight is read above the legs, and the legs are adjustable for uneven surfaces.
