My dyslexic daughter loves this book.
Relevant but not heavy handed. Gifted it to her with and old school cassette recorder.

Beautiful book
We purchased this book for my daughter’s dyslexia interventionist, as she just graduated from the program. It is a beautiful book and an encouraging story. My daughter loved it and so did her interventionist.

Inspirational book written from the author's heart.
The author, Mary Vukadinovich, has been a learning specialist in the LA area for years. Brilliant Bea is a piece of magic conjured up by someone who has extensive experience working with this student population. If you are a parent of a child with dyslexia, rest assured that Mary wrote this book with your child in mind. This story truly is brilliant, just like Bea!

A beautiful and inspiring story
What a heartwarming, inspiring, and memorable story written by the talented Mary Vukadinovich. The bright and beautiful illustrations help to tell the story of Beatrice, a gifted storyteller who struggles with dyslexia. Young readers will enjoy discovering how Bea overcomes her learning differences in this very important book.

Fantastic book to celebrate learning differences
Bea's story is the experience that many of my students can relate to. They need help to remember just how brilliant they are and with the loving support and creativity from good teachers, they can experience success as learners.
