Unfortunately the item gave up the ghost after a few attempts at sealing. Something burnt out inside with a few wisps of smoke. Item returned.

However, after receiving the item and checking both the manual and the manufacturer label on the machine itself, the product is actually rated only for 120V / 60Hz. This is not a minor detail or preference issue — it directly affects whether the product can be safely used. Plugging a 120V appliance into a 220–240V outlet is unsafe and risks damaging the appliance. Because of this misleading specification, the product is not suitable for use as advertised and now requires an additional external step-down transformer that was never disclosed in the listing. I purchased this item specifically expecting direct compatibility with local power standards based on the advertised information. This has been a major disappointment and inconvenience.
