Neature Bike Trailer Utility Cart and Bike Trailer Attachment Kit - 88lb Capacity Towable Bike Cargo Wagon for Travel

The shaft that goes in the wheel is too big and I need a new one. I can't get ahold of customer support. This sucksUpdate: they sent me a brand new one to make up for the messed up shaft. Do buisness with these people they rock!

The product I received was a pain in the posterior to put together. The picture does not match the instructions, the instructions do not match the product I received and on top of that they are a just picture' with numbers and no captions...... that don't match the product I received. What I did get does not fit together properly, and required a Dremel tool to make it fit because of misaligned holes. The only saving grace was that there is basically only one way it could fit together. If i didn't need a trailer right away i'd have sent it back. as is, it was barely functional. At least everything having to do with the wheels fit, but the attachment extensions did not.

This is a high quality product but it lacks complete instructions. It did not include instructions on how to install the wheels and the hitch. However, it wasn't hard to figure it out. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this trailer. Even without complete instructions, the consumer can still assemble this product without any major issues.

The freaking axle nuts are course thread the axle is fine threadNit wits

The package arrived with pieces falling out. The powder coating did not cover the entire frame. The welds are exposed. Assembly holes do not line up and I can not get the axel bearing assembly together since there are big burrs in the metal edge.
