Nordic Ware Naturals® Quarter Sheet with Oven-Safe Nonstick Grid

I have time in my mornings, but never have much time by the end of the day so after I make our breakfasts in the morning, I get a head start and prep as much as I can for dinner. I bought 3 of these to use as prep trays and they are just great for that.There are 2 (sometimes 3) in our household and these trays are a great size for that volume. Most of the time, I use these for vegetable prep, but I also use them for my proteins. Proteins can sit in seasonings or marinades, or just rest after being cleaned or cut. What's nice about using it for proteins, is that if roasting or baking, I don't even have to transfer to (and dirty) another pan. The pan can go straight from the refrigerator right into the oven. These are thick enough that they conduct and retain heat and do not warp at all.I also like that the edges of these are rolled and don't flare out. What this means is that they stack very well and are very space efficient. I looked at several other pans of the same size that have flared handholds on the sides. Though convenient, these flared handles take up space in the refrigerator and make them a little more cumbersome to store.I haven't thrown these into the dishwasher (I understand they discolor in the dishwasher), but a few minutes of soaking makes quick work of anything baked on. Slight scratches have appeared, but nothing that's more than aesthetic.

Perfect size for 1-2 servings.Great for dry brining, drying steaks before searing, holding stuff after pan/deep frying, Perfect size for most small toaster ovens.Feels very sturdy and no signs of warping, rusting, or scratching. Just a really useful size overall.

They are reasonably priced, durable, and well made. These really are the perfect size for home kitchen use. For example, they are great to salt any kind of meat and stick it in the refrigerator overnight; take it out and go right to the grill, grab another to place the cooked meat upon while it rest before slicing and eating. Clean up is a breeze, they are easy to store. I only wish I had purchased a couple more.

What a surprise the most useful pan I ever bought. Before I thought this size was useless but I was very wrong. I do tons of things with this. Lots of thawing, air drying after slicing veggies for oven prep, pieces of meat, after placing batter or spice blends on them.The quality is so amazing I will be replacing easy and every pans with these one by one. The gauge of aluminum is high and strong and the rolled edges perfect for strength and air drying after washing. Thought the non stick coating on the rack wasn't needed but the clean up a breeze.

This is one handy little pan. Great for those times when a half-sheet pan is just overkill. Think baking a batch/tube of crescent rolls. I also use it to dry brine one or two steaks in the fridge - provides drip protection and airflow. As a single person I don't cook huge amounts of food and I find myself reaching for this pan more often than others. It has a thick rolled edge and hasn't warped. It will discolor if washed in the dishwasher, but it's cosmetic only.

I originally bought 2 of the quarter sheets after buying a toaster oven and I heard a lot of good things about this brand. As some others have mentioned the raised logo is obnoxious and the majority of the reason for the lost star. The other portion of the lost star is the fact they are not dishwasher safe though it seems as my kitchen gets higher quality less and less seems to be dishwasher safe so not a huge portion of the lost star.In the month or so that I have had them now I have been very impressed with their quality. They cook food evenly, clean up isn’t to bad, and have not warped on me mostly cooking around 400-425 but have gone up to 500 with no issues.One of the things which surprised me the most is how convenient 1/4 sheets are. Sure there is the fact that they fit in my toaster oven but I have started using them for all sorts of other things due to them being the perfect size for the job. For instance when grilling I will season all my food on these pans and use them on my trips bwetween the grill and the kitchen. I am giving serious thought to buying 2 more of the quarter sheets due to there usefulness around the kitchen. Lastly I was wandering Walmart when I noticed the they happened to be carrying the 1/2 sheets so I bought one there. I will likely buy another 1/2 sheet in the future but I generally don’t do a crazy amount of baking so the smaller ones tend to be the perfect size for most my needs.
