This patio group is sturdy and fairly easy to assemble. The directions were easy to follow and it came with extra screws. The cushion covers took 3 weeks to get here but the seller was good to keep me updated. The covers are a beautiful grey and the fabric is slick and durable. I expect to enjoy my patio for many years!

This set is great! It is a bit time consuming to out together, but pretty easy. Throw on some great tunes and go for it! The size is very comfortable and fits my space perfectly.I was a bit worried when there were 2 flaws with the set. First, there was a little cut on the side of the fire table. I contacted customer service and sent pictures and they sent out a replacement piece quickly. Next, there was another box that arrived with damage. Again, I wasn't sure if they would be as amazing to address this also. Well, they were! I sent pictures and I was sent another replacement piece. I honestly was so happy with the customer service that I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this company at all!

I bought this set because of the reviews it got. I had some issues in the beginning with the delivery and instructions.1) Delivery Date was not the correct date. It came earlier than expected. I have an issue with porch thieves and would have liked to know that the package would be arriving by Fedex and a tracking number provided. I happened to be outside by house when they showed up.2) On the packaging information states 3 boxes with a video instruction for assembly. No instruction video found.3) I ordered the RED covered cushions, what came in the 3 Boxes was a color called SAND. I emailed the seller and is still waiting what do I do with the SAND color.4) On another day came the 4th box of which I knew nothing about. Lo and behold, the RED cushion covers were found in that box.5) I am unsure what to do with the SAND covers, do I cover it over with the RED?All in all for color it is beautiful and the frame is sturdy. For comfort both on the seat and at the back you may need to add some extra padding. The back should have been just a little higher.Other than that it is a great buy!

I bought the 7-piece set, and within a couple of hours, realized I wanted the 6-piece set with 1 less chair but higher backs. I went back in and hit cancel on the order. Unbelievably, it was already shipping. Not much I could do from there. However, I had quickly received an email from a representative of the company, asking why I wanted to cancel, was there a problem. I explained to her what had happened. She asked for time to see what she could do and would get back to me. She did...she had the 6-piece set ordered and shipped to me, ALONG with 2 chairs from the 7-piece set, at no extra cost. She only asked if I would try out and see about the comfort of all the seating. She then promised to track all the boxes and keep me informed! The representative, Anessa, was true to her word. I knew exactly when all boxes were going to arrive, and told when they did. I opened all boxes, all parts were in it. The quality and color of the wicker were actually better than I thought would be for the low price. And, the blue cushions are a rich color, really them. Will be easy to find an area rug and throw pillows to match. I looked over the instructions, doesn't look bad. I'm a 60 yo woman and just put together a 44-inch firepit that will match terrifically. I think a few hours with the parts should be ok, and yes, I know not to tighten all on first go around. All in all, very pleased with color, quality, shipping, price and fantastic customer service for this set. I think a great deal, and looks like many hours of relaxing in my backyard next Spring and Summer. Thank you for this product!!!

The boxes were packaged well. 7 piece set came in three boxes. Each box had hardware foe each piece of furniture, proper tools and extra hardware because well you know me. Once I got the proper layout it went together easily. It took me about three hours. It helps if you have a table or work bench to assemble on. There are some tough to reach assembly spots. All in all we are happy with the set.

I am very pleased with this outdoor conversation set. We've only had it assembled for a couple weeks but it appears to be sturdy and comfortable. The set is able to be separated and used in multiple different configurations which is nice also. The cushions are comfortable and the covers are a nice weight fabric and color. You definitely can't go wrong with purchasing this set; especially at this price point.

The media could not be loaded.  Update: I received my replacement sponge in quick time. PILTWOFF Customer service is the best. I very satisfied with the look and feel of my outdoor patio furniture. My friends are comparing my set to their's and are planning on getting a new set in piltwoff. Thank you for the speedy fix.

Looks beautiful. Sturdy and well made. Easy to assemble although instructions could be better-reason for 4 stars. Arrived on time. If I could change anything would be to have backs a little higher and thicker back pillows.
