Q-See QCN8028D 3MP High Definition IP Dome Security Camera with Built-In Microphone (White)

Plug and play. Installs like all other dome camera. I get a annoying high pitch sound all the time. Not sure if there's an issue with the microphone or if I need to change a setting but will mess with the camera later. No led so if you don't have a light source it can't see anything at night.

Bought 6 within the last year. Used on Q-See NVR’s. Most stopped working within 3 months. I contacted q-see. They won’t admit there’s a problem with these cams failure over time, but take my word, there is. Biggest problem, if you want to record sound in NVR you can only do it through these cameras due to compatibility issues with other brands.

Camera was easy to install and for a 3mp has very good color picture even in night light. It also has a great wide view angle. I mounted on my front porch to view door and picks up my complete entry.

Good discreet camera with good resolution. Does not have night vision. Has to be disassembled, in order to mount. Picks up sound good.

I was told this IP dome camera would work with my current Q-See set up but it does not. Then I called Q-see and they told me a dome camera will not work. I paid a lot of money and it sits in a closet UNUSED.
