What they look like and if it’s worth the money but it is

Very Creased on delivery
It comes folded in a plastic bag and is very creased. It is very flimsy quality, bought the 80x120cm and it isn’t worth nearly £40. It is better suited as a bath mat than a front door mat.

The sellers need to know why
So often a company many lose customers without ever knowing why, which is why I'm writing this. This mat is a lovely colour green, is soft and works really well, and is the perfect size - which is hard to get.However, I'd never buy from here again as it was packed and sent folded. Despite laying it out on the warm kitchen floor for 24 hours, prior to putting it out on the doorstep, the crease marks remain - 10 days later now, so I doubt they'll ever drop out.If it had been rolled, this would be a 5 star purchase.UPDATEI've had it 6 weeks now and tried everything to get the creases out, but it's impossible. It looks unsightly and the creases are a trip hazard, so I'm looking for a replacement now, but ensuring I check all the reviews to makes sure they send it rolled.Doesn't matter how good the mat is, if the sellers don't know how to send it (rolled) then it's a total waste of money.
