Nothing spectacular here. Decent quality rubber/silicone. Rubber pieces pop on, rubbers washers slip in (although can be a PITA to get both sides on depending on your shackles).

Stops my tow hook rattling
I bought this to stop my tow hook from moving side to side and to add a splash of colour to my tow hook. It was easy to fit and feels well made. The rubber rings come in two thicknesses so you can adjust to fit easily.
