Used the latch for a wooden fence to a pool. Works great!

I have installed it in one of my bedroom converted to office door… the doors is 6.5ft tall and have little play when you push on it… what I have seen is that its latch will slide out of the groove.I think this is good for a small scale door or window etc.. which are very sturdy and inflexible.. this should be fine.

Fit and finish looks great.Its very heavy duty. The screws included are useless so plan on using your own.The latch without the lock is useless as a simple push would break that latch.That part is poorly designed.However the main purpose is to have a heavy thick latch for a lock?Then this is very well prices and sturdy.I recommend this latch as its very solid and built well other then mentioned.They should not even include these 1/2 screws as they are useless.And either beef up that latch pin. or leave it off.I will buy another one as I was impressed with how heavy it is.

The media could not be loaded.  I work with wood and I decided to build a wall gun cabinet for myself. I live in a small house so I needed something that wouldn’t take up space on the floor. After I got it built, I needed a latch to lock the doors together and saw this latch on Amazon and thought I would give it a try. Well, it worked and I am very pleased with it! I’m able to put a nice size paddle lock through the hole on it too.Highly recommend it! The latch is well built and solid!

Smaller width so you have to fasten close to the edge of your door . Vertical height is taller then other clasps. it does the job
