I have a serving of this instant oat meal every morning. Put one envelope's contents into a bowl, add milk and 1 minute in the micro wave. Each serving is quite small, about 1/3 of a diner bowl, but fine for me. I tried all 3 varieties. I like the brown sugar best, but the others are are also excellent. I recommend Quaker oat meal without any reservations.

Love the Organic oatmeal, but Amazon is notorious about sending soon to be out of date items. This on EXP 1/2026. Better get eating!!
