I noticed a difference in my skin and hair and a little bit of energy boost. If your deficient you definitely can tell when you take a supplement and you start to feel a notice a difference. I like this brand I think it's a cleaner brand it's not the cheapest brand but it's a trusted brand. I will order again. I think women my age I'm 47 years old a lot of us are deficient in a lot of things I think coppers the major one but I bought this for my skin elasticity. It's a good buy!

EXCELLENT PRODUCT

I ordered this Source Naturals copper because I wanted a basic cost effective copper supplement to round out my routine, and it has been exactly what I was looking for. It is 3 mg per tablet and you get 60 tablets, so it’s a 2 month supply! The tablets are small and easy to take with or without a meal and I have had zero stomach issues. Overall, it is a simple, no nonsense copper supplement from a brand that has been around forever, and I would buy it again. It’s a great value for the price!

I take this with Zinc Picolinate 30mg and have had zero issues. A good rule of thumb I have found is to always have a zinc to copper ratio of 10:1 (every 10mg of zinc, take 1mg of copper) in order to prevent deficiencies. Great product, great price and will continue to purchase! 10/10!

This is gentle on the stomach. I can take 5 and I dont feel nauseous. Ever other brand that I've tried before made me nauseous from 1 pill.
