Best Litter I've Found So Far
Finding a good litter is a constant battle for cat owners, but I think I am finally done searching. For our one-cat household, this has been the best litter we've found BY FAR. The clumping is phenomenal and is SO much better than any other litter my cat has ever used. This litter forms very hard, cohesive clumps that do not break apart, even with force, and are very easy to sift. No bits of clumps falling off or clumps breaking apart and getting mixed back in like with clay litter, so this litter stays clean. I find that it masks the smell well and there are no urine or feces odors near my cat's box (though it does have a very subtle wet corn smell while you're scooping that goes away once the clumps are removed). I have yet to see any dust coming out of the bag when I pour it in, which is a huge plus, as even most of the "dust-free" ones are not even close to being dust-free.I recommend scooping daily or every other day (well, you should anyway) because as more urine is added, the clumps become bigger and harder, and it might make it difficult for your cat to find loose litter to cover their waste until the clumps are removed. My only complaint, which doesn't change my rating, is that it doesn't last as long as other ones and is a bit pricey per bag. I think the fact that it runs out quickly is due to how well it clumps, but I find that it needs to be changed after about 3 weeks. As a funny side note, my cat has made some interesting "sculptures" with this litter. Maybe it's just me/my sense of humor, but some of the formations I have scooped out have actually made me laugh out loud. I attached pictures of some of the funny ones, like the dinosaur and the sad person looking down.

Finally, a truely dust free cat litter!
Basically no dust. It's been near impossible to find anything of good quality with little to no dust, and this is the absolute best if something no dust is important to you. It also clumps incredibly well, no more scooping an having the clumps fall apart mid scoop. I have 3 cats, and 3 boxes. Odor control is decent, I can scoop every other day. Tracks quite a bit, but a little extra vacuuming I will happily do for the benefits this litter has. If you're able tobswing the price, it is well worth it. My biggest complaint is that it doesn't come in bigger packages.

No dust, less tracking, great smell
I moved my cat to this litter about two years ago. Before, I used clay litter, and no matter how "dust-free" it claimed to be, I was always choking on the air after my cat used the litter box. With this switch, the dust is never a problem. It tracks, but I find it easier to clean up than clay. The clumps are strong. My cat pees a LOT, and they hold well.It doesn't hold smell the best, but I fix this with a little bit of baking soda mixed into the litter. The price is worth it. I buy four bags at a time and it lasts me about half a year for my one cat-- maybe longer.I will NEVER go back to clay litter. This litter is seriously the best. I recommend it to all my close friends and family.

Great alternative to clay litter!
Very long and honest review. :-)Background: I have allergy-induced asthma and while some cats themselves bother me, I realized that it is actually the clay litter dust that I am more allergic to. My recently adopted cats also seemed to be having issues with every clay litter I tried (we went through 4 different 99.9% dust free options, and they were all still causing us issues in one way or another). So after tireless searching and reading reviews from multiple places, I landed on Sustainably Yours for my first try at natural litter. There are definitely some trade offs and learning curves when compared to clay litter that I am ok with, but some may find them to be deal breakers.CLUMPING/ODOR CONTROL FOR URINE 10/10: This BY FAR exceeds the clumping power of any clay litter for urine. I'm talking rock solid clumps virtually on contact. And it absorbs all the urine smell completely.CLUMPING/ODOR CONTROL FOR FECES 7/10: This is one area that requires a learning curve and a little more attention. My cats have chronic soft stools and this litter poses a challenge when scooping. Especially if I scoop it shortly after they go. If it is completely covered up, the smell is concealed vey well, but this litter only lightly coats the feces and doesn't form solid clumps like with the urine when scooping. So if you're using a large slotted scoop and your cats have soft stools, you will 1) want to leave the feces for at least a couple of hours, and 2) want to limit how much excess litter you try to shake out. If you scoop too soon or shake to vigorously (or virtually at all) you will end up with lots of small fecal particles left behind, ehixh is annoying. I did buy a second scoop with small holes to help with this, but it takes extra time to fish the particles out. I also use a Litter Genie and since the feces isn't heavily coated in litter, the smell leaks from the pale much more than it did with the clay litters. I have remedied this by putting a small amount of baking soda (like 1 tablespoon) in the pale each time after I scoop. Problem solved.OVERALL ODOR CONTROL 10/10: once I figured out the tricks above, it works great and there is no litter box smell in my house. I scoop their boxes twice a day, but I think someone could get by with less, as far as the smell goes.TRACKING 8/10: This rating is totally subjective and will completely depend on your current litter experience. I find that this tracks a good deal but not anymore than some of the leading brands of clay litter. We have the boxes in the basement and I find litter about 5 feet away from the box (with tracking mats), but not anywhere else in the house. I would find litter upstairs with some of the clay litters I tried, so for me this was an improvement. It is easily vacuumed up with the upright Dust Devil.DUST 9/10: Another subjective rating. This does have a small amount of dust (especially the longer it is in the box) but it is subjectively so much better than any clay litter I tried. Mainly because neither me nor my cats are allergic to these dust particles. With the boxes in the basement, the amount of dust is not an issue for me and is easily cleaned up with my normal cleaning routine. If I were using this in a smaller space, it might be an issue though.OVERALL RATING 8.5/10: The tracking and learning curve with loose stools drops the rating, but since we aren't allergic to this I am willing to accept these challenges.
