I bought this for my husband and we’re both thrilled with it! Great sound, quick and easy connectivity and long battery life. It’s so nice to be able to listen to it while outside, working around the house, while camping…whatever we chose. Love it!

I have done my homework. I looked through more than enough reviews on Amazon and off. This seemed to be the best priced and and quality results. I bought this speaker three months ago and could not be happier with the sound and time it stays charged. I chose this in the camo color and it looks great. Hopefully this helps your decision. I am VERY satisfied with this speaker.

This speaker has a good looking, sounds good but not great, no way to tell how much battery is remaining since there is no app And iPhones don’t tell you it’s remaining Battery life and the device doesn’t have an indicator for that either…I hope they can fix those issues in future models

First off, this isn't going to be a deep dive tech review of the product. More of an overview and initial impressions along with my overall thoughts. The Mifa Wildrod BT speaker measures to about the size of your favorite 24 ounce tall-boy. It has a little heft to it, coming in at about 1.4 lbs. The quality of the speaker feels high-end. Holding it gives you the impression that it's solidly made and can endure many years of wear and tear. Turning it on and off you'll hear an interesting water/liquid sound to give you that audible reference. The RGB lights can be turned on and off with the M button, which is a nice option. You can also pair this speaker with additional Mifa Wildrods and use them for the ultimate surround sound. It has two *modes of play: Bluetooth and Micro SD card. * The Amazon page currently provides a reference to an AUX-in. This is a big deal for those that like to plug it into a device that perhaps doesn't have BT capabilities. I have tested this speaker and have not found any option to utilize the provided USB-C cable as an audio cable for your PC, laptop, etc. There are only two options to connect externally and that's the Micro SD and the USB-C charger cable. It does not make any such reference about an aux-in on the Mifa web page where the product is listed, nor does it in the manual it comes with. Perhaps someone can inform me if I'm wrong about this and I'll update my review. Pairing the speaker to my phone, laptop and PC were really quick and easy. It has BT 5.3 technology, which is great, but in my experience I don't really notice reduced latency, regardless of the BT version or APTX technology. And most importantly, how does is sound? It sounds great! Now, I have to make reference that my impression of the sound quality is based on other comparable BT speakers. I'm not comparing this to 12" woofers with bass module or someone's booming car stereo. Does the sound match my expectations for the size? Yes it does. The highs are crisp and clear and the bass is just right. The bass isn't booming, but it thumps very nicely and is not over done. And it's actually much louder than I anticipated. This little guy can fill a room with quality sound for hours and hours. It comes with an IP67 waterproof rating. A few days a go I watched a video of someone letting this speaker roll around in an outdoor water stream/river for quite a while. Constantly dunking it under water while it's playing, rolling it around, etc. It kept on playing without issue. Granted it sounded horrible with water splashing off of the speakers, lol. But it was fine so I wouldn't ever worry about dropping this thing in water and having issues. My overall impression of this speaker is 5 stars. I'm giving it that based on the the sound quality for its size, the price point at which it sells, and the ease of use (mode selection, pairing, etc.). I would have loved to have tried pairing an additional speaker to test how this works with two, but I only have the one, for now.

It's a little smaller than the Charge 3 but it is rated at 30watts and has a 2 speaker system with a crossover tweeter and woofer like the JBL Charge 3 to give a more defined sound. JBL took the 2 second speaker out of the Charge 4 to its audible detriment if you listen closely. At the price it's a no-brainer. The flashing LED's on the ends are a bonus for fun. With an IP67 waterproof rating this is a great unit. I have listened to this, the JBL Charge 3 & Charge 4 . The sound quality is definitely in the same league and with 12 hour battery life it is a definite contender. I accidentally left this on my deck under a patio umbrella during a huge storm. It worked perfectly when I turned it on. Definitely recommended especially for the price. I received this unit (almost) free for an honest review. It may not be a marketed brand but the quality is built in! Highly recommended!
