I like this product, it does not smell very great but if you use a leave in conditioner, it is great! The conditioner gets rid of the smell!

Works well

Excellent tar shampoo for patches of scalp psoriasis. Pleasant smell and leaves hair feeling clean. No 'after' tar smell. I've been using it for several years and am pleased with the results.

This shampoo was recommended by my dermatologist for scalp psoriasis. There is an impressive improvement in the itching and plaques on my scalp . My dermatologist recommended using the shampoo every day for 2 weeks , then 3 times a week. It does smell like coal tar when using but doedn’t Seem to smell after my hair is dry. I am very pleased with what this product had done to help me with my scalp psoriasis!
