After one night of using the product it helped with my jaw, ear and face pain, so far so good!

Mould does not mould around your teeth even after following instructions word for word. Weighing up my options would prefer grinding my teeth to a pulp rather than chocking on this in my sleep. Pass

I purchased this as I clench my jaw in my sleep which causes alot of pain during the day, I saw an improvement in my pain after only wearing it for one night. Was very easy to mold to my teeth, fits in comfortably, I've gotten used to wearing it now and don't feel it in my mouth.

It's fairly easy to follow the instructions to mold the overnight mouth guard to your teeth. But there's no mention of how sticky the gel is once heated, it sticks to your finger if you try to centre it in the tray provided. So keep hands off. Mine molded to me well but it's similar to my last guard in that the base of the guard, when used on the upper teeth, is a smooth hard plastic. So that connects with the surface of the lower teeth. I'd hoped it would have more give. Anyway, it's comfortable & seems to do the job.

I had great hopes for this but, despite following the fitting instructions precisely, the guard does not fit well. It is not a snug fit and slips down during the night, waking me up. Disappointing.

I grind my teeth REALLY badly, and previously the only mouth guards that lasted more than a week were the mega expensive dentist ones. This is the first non-dentist one I’ve tried that is actually durable for bad grinding. My first one lasted 3 months BUT my dog chewed it which is why I replaced it, so not sure how long it would actually last yet 😂The moulding process was nice and easy, the holder thing makes it especially easy to do. I find it really comfortable to wear and not too bulky, but I’m quite used to wearing mouth guards.Super impressed with how strong this is for the price!

I followed the instructions to the second with a stopwatch after seeing what other reviews reported. In my case, the instructions also say in capital letters to bite the guard HARD and then to keep the mouth shut with it. The problem is, I think I bit too hard because now the guard really goes too deep, it touches my gums and it really gets into my teeth.I followed the instructions very carefully. Actually I even checked videos in youtube and all they had is a video with a cartoon which is not ideal, having 2 or 3 real people doing it would far more "realistic".It is not comfortable and I cannot really sleep with it. So actually after some time wearing it, it causes teeth pain so I am worried this may be a bit of a dangerous product. If you bite in the wrong way, maybe it leads to reallocating your teeth to fit that wrong bite?I wish I could get my money back.

I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome and TMJ, I jaw clench in my sleep and often dislocate my jaw in my sleep also. I’ve tried many many heat mould guards, and in comparison to this one, they haven’t even come close. The easy fitting tray makes the guard sit comfortably, it doesn’t shift around or have any bulky edges that many alternatives leave you with. Best product I’ve found so far, and I’m just about to order a couple more to have as standby incase I loose this one!
