Why doesn't the light come on without usb charging? why can't you press the switch?

This was my experience when I first received the nightlight. I pressed on the lever and that turns on the light. The USB is for charging and you should not need it to have the light come on. I charged mine for a couple of hours and it's worked just fine. If you hold the lever down it dims the light or makes it bright. I hope this helps if it does not you should contact the seller for assistance.

How do you turn on the 15 min timer? I see some reviews saying there's a timer on this toast light.

You double tap the lever on the side . It will let you know it’s on the 15 min timer , when it flashes at you .

Is the voltage of this lamp compatible with European wattage?

I don’t know but it’s a USB plug not an outlet plug. Hopefully someone else knows and can answer for you. It’s worth getting. :)

The perfect bedside night light and it's portable because you rechargeable. The charge lasts a good bit for a little light and it just gives a happy feel. It's so adorable anyone would want one. Makes a great gift too.

So cute you'll be smiling as you drift off to sleep

It is so cute and I love the adjustable brightness. The green color is adorable. Bought the pink and returned it because like this color better. You can't help by laugh looking at it's smiley face. I bought it to travel with on trips when I needed a small light that can gently fill the room as others are sleeping. It's not the smallest to pack, but it does the trick and I bought a second one in case this one goes out. You cannot replace the batteries, so if it stops recharging, it is done.

Cutest little desk lamp

This is the cutest little lamp. Nothing fancy to tell, just know if you're looking for a cute accessory for your desk go ahead and purchase. The light does change different level of brightness by holding the side lever down. It isn't battery operated, must charge before use but the card is provided you just need a wall piece.

Kind of disappointed about it being brighter than i'd hope but its an adorable light! I'm using it for my desk so it being closer to me is making it pretty bright. it would work perfect as a night light though!

I love using this when I need a little more light someplace. This thing lasts quite a while, though I don’t have it on for long periods of time apart from 2 hours or so. It charges fast enough to me. About 30 mins. Quite durable too. My 2 y/o cousin who threw it around, but it was still intact with no scratches or dents. The light adjustment is nice. Whenever I want to turn the brightness down a bit, I just press the toaster handle and it dims. I want to buy another one as these are very atmospheric like candles.
