Some of the sample videos were a bit misleading making you think that you'll get a dent out with no marks. I stupidly tightened the straps too much on my Tundra and now I have dents. These suckers worked pretty well...but there's still some marks. I'd buy again but don't expect your dent to look too pretty

Product met expectations as advertised. Unfortunately, I couldn’t repair my dent-but the manufacturer does indicate the areas of a vehicle that will be extremely difficult to use the suction on, and my situation was one of those areas. The product is not the reason for my non-fix. I’ll hopefully find other uses for the product because it is constructed very well.

Before the item even arrived I received a notification from the manufacturer saying production imperfections were detected, but although not desireble should not impact the function. The surfaces of the suction cups have imperfections and this impacts the adherence capability. Other parts of the product are flimsy. Beware buyers! Find another option!

The smaller product broke to easily.But everything was great..

My wife grazed a rubber traffic marker in a parking garage. It left a medium-sized dent but luckily did not damage the paint significantly. The dent was on the rear passenger door where there was a character line that's part of the design of the car. This line did not allow for a perfect suction, but after several tries, it worked in taking out the worst of the dent. Unfortunately, the dent is still visible, but the quality of the suction cups is great. The large one felt sturdy, and I can see using the smaller suction cups for other stuff around the house, like helping change a screen on a cell phone for example. All in all, I'm happy with these dent pullers.

I tried this product, and it did not work. I followed the directions and tried it on another vehicle to see if it was just my car. Someone suggested using a heat gun, but I was afraid it could damage the paint. Both dents or dings tried were of different sizes. One was quite large and the other was a door ding from someone in a parking lot.I'm taking my car to a professional, paintless dent removal place.
