Very small.

I made two orders to get a total of 8 cups! They came packaged quite securely. The cups were wrapped snugly with a foam sheet and then placed into a bubble wrap pocket. Since both layers helped bulk up the cups, there wasn't any space for them to move inside the package and possibly break! No chips or cracks or anything. The cups have a gorgeous design with the vibrant blue waves in that classic Japanese art style and a rich dark brown rim/top. I believe these cups are well-worth the price since they feel of good quality and look it too. I was having a hard time finding the right size cups that weren't too plain and/or gaudy. I'm glad I came across these!! We plan to use these for our Buddhist shrines rather than for sake :)

I found this Saki set well designed. It was a shame to sip Saki from a juice glass, almost insulting. Problem now solved.

Perfect size and shape for what I was looking for.

New neighbors moved next door from South Korea. I purchased these, and a bottle of Saki to invite them over for a casual "let's greet and get to know you" evening with many of the other neighbors. They educated us on the serving and heating. The set is very reasonable in price. Durable. Served the purpose fully. I would recommend this purchase

These are lovely little sake cups. They look well made and are tastefully decorated. The dimensions of the cup is given in the description of the product. It’s a shame that they are made in China rather than Japan. I assume that is why they are reasonably priced.
