Great for any camera
Although this mount did not fit my camera exactly, it has enough spots to make it work and mount up. Good threading on the screws and good powder coating on the mount. Exactly what the customer wanted and easy to mount.

Works good but requires some modifications
The camera mount works but I recommend a few changes.First thing I didn't like was that the wall mounting plate was not attached to the gooseneck straight as seen in my first picture. The drawings in the product listing indicate that it should be straight. It took additional time to mount the unit correctly. In one of the reviews they mentioned that the screws rusted so I replaced all of the screws with stainless steel screws. The two screws that attach the gooseneck to the camera mounting box as seen in my second picture I used two stainless steel M5-8 screws. The three screws that are used around the camera mounting box I replaced with three stainless steel M4-12 screws. Also be sure to use some white caulk to seal up any openings.I ran the wire through the base plate so I applied duct tape on the cable opening on the gooseneck near the wall mounting plate and filled the hole with caulking. Where the gooseneck attaches to the camera mounting box (see my second picture) there is a gap where water can get in. after I adjusted the camera box and tightened the two screws, I caulked the gap between the gooseneck and the lower camera mounting box.One last issue I noticed after mounting my dome camera and attaching the bracket to the wall was that rain was rolling down the dome on the camera and tripping the motion sensor. A future modification will be adding an overhang rain shield to stop any rain from rolling down the camera dome.I'll also need to see what happens with snow before I install a shield. The camera I used was a JideTech P1 PLUS -5X-8MP PTZ.I had to drill two holes in the mounting plate to properly attach and align the camera.

Ok
Work for me

The L bracket is way too thin.
This junction box was a nightmare to install. The holes barely lined up, and I had to mess with it forever to get it to fit. The bracket is super flimsy. There is no way it can hold a camera and heavy cables.

Wouldn’t order again
Product gets the job done but is far from a well made product. No directions, the screws don’t line up, then screws to connect the camera to base are too short they barley catch the nut and the white coating chips right off. It worked for my application but don’t think it will last

Well made but won't work with Amcrest dome cameras without modification
Most similar mounts won't work for Amcrest dome cameras because most mounts have the wire clearance hole in the center. This has an offset hole suitable for Amcrest, but the hole pattern does not match. I was able to use one of the slots but needed to drill two more clearance holes. It would be nice if the mount had these clearance holes already punched to make it also work for this popular brand of camera.Otherwise the mount is very well constructed and very suitable.
