Rucking & training
Brought primarily for rucking as it’s easier than trying to load a rucksack with traditional weight plates. Compact and true to weight; nice fit in a backpack; shape and size distribute the weight evenly. Also used for training such as flatbed carry, etc. Nice addition to my training equipment. Absolute value for money.

Good weight, robust plates and good size hand holds.
The plates are solid, and the hand holds are of a decent size, allowing for a firm grip even with large hands and slightly sweaty. Used for tabbing and secured in a pack with a towel to protect the lower back and works great, just slide in and go.

Versatile weight plate.
Great versatile weight plates.Good size for backpack and the shape spreads the weight out. Previously I had a kettlebell digging into my back.Good for other exercises as well. Id like a heavier one for curls, shoulder presses etc.Ive made up a strap that attaches to the handles that I can secure to my back for pushups
