This thing WORKS in terms of creating heat. Ladies, be careful: it works so well that I'd recommend using it ONLY AS INSTRUCTED.I went a bit overboard on my first try, thinking it was "made in China" and therefore...cheap. Nope.It's meant to be used as directed.It creates *heat*, which brings blood flow to the area.Comfortable shape for the neck.The box it comes in warrants a comment. This is bad for the thyroid. I used it and had a bad feeling in my neck. I sent it back. Plus vibration does nothing really for the skin. You need micro current for that.

I like this face massager. But, today it went crazy. Was making a very high pitch screech and would not turn off. I charged but it’s still the same. It’s stuck on the green color.Please advise.Thank you, jackie Olivier

I just received a response re: my inquiry as to whether this could be used over the thyroid gland and was told no. I think this should be prominently displayed in the ad.
