Viper Remote Replacement 7857V - 2 Way Remote 1 Mile Range Car Remote

I had some in-store rewards at Best Buy I wanted to use for a 45th bday present to myself and I found a Viper DS4+ kit on sale with free installation and made my purchase and set up an appointment for install. The (2) 1-button 2-way remotes that came with the kit didn't have the ability to unlock all 4 doors of my double cab Tacoma, so I let them finish the install and programming then bought this 4-button 2-way remote on Amazon verses twice the price for the same remote from Best Buy! I'm so glad I bought this so I didn't have to carry 2 key fob remotes with me to be able to start my Tacoma (Viper 1 button remote) and unlock all 4 doors (factory key fob). I didn't even have to go back to Best Buy I programmed this remote myself following the easy instructions that came with it, and now the unlock button unlocks all 4 doors!! I love having this remote!!

Great product easy to pair

It works for my 2018 Santa Fe. I needed to try to pair several times but it eventually worked.

The remote was described as used, like new. It arrived well packaged in foam rubber with a charging cable. The instructions for pairing it with the Viper system in my car were were detailed and easy to follow but were in very small print. I was able to scan the instructions and blow them up and print them out on an 8 1/2 by 11" piece of paper. After pairing the remote is working perfectly.

I lost of my old remote and had to replace it. I like that this one is rechargable. What I don't like is the feedback. On my old remote, i used to get green light to confirm and red light if it didn't work. This one only turns red even to confirm which is confusing and not as clear as the old remote. Otherwise I'd give five stars
