Q: what are the interior dimensions?

Inside diameter is 11". Total height inside is 9 1/2". Case opens in the middle so it measures 5 1/2" + 4".

Q: Do they have allowance?

Yes, for the standard sizes listed there is a little space (a couple centimeters) between the edge of the drum the very nicely cushioned drum bag. For a specialty drum, say a snare that starts to get closer to 6 inches and more, you would have to check for size availability. Amazon usually has additional vendors listed that could accommodate for a size differential like that.

Q: Does the kick drum version of the bag arrive compressed or folded in the shipping box?

I have purchased a few of their snare drum bags and they were compressed somewhat but are great bags for the price! I have not bought a kick bag but would doubt it will come fully expanded like the picture shows!? The snare bags are really nice and $30+ less than the Ahead bags I have bought! Good luck, the quality is there for my snare bags! Play on drummer❣️✌️❤️🥁

Q: Will a 12x14 floor Tom fit in the 13” bag?

The two snare bags I bought are quite large but I don’t think that will work!? The 13” bag is probably deficient in both diameter and depth for your 14x12 floor/hanging tom!? The mount(s) won’t help the fit either! Hope this helps!✌️❤️🥁
