I purchased a harness for my dog and noticed after it shipped that I got the wrong size. I contacted them when I received the product and asked if I could exchange it for the right size that I made a mistake and noticed when it was too late. They responded promptly and reassured me that I would be taken care of and they did just that with the biggest heart anyone could have. They informed me that I didn't have to send the other harness back and asked me to bless another dog in need at a shelter and they immediately sent me another harness the correct size. I received the harness within 48 hours and they kept in contact with me every step of the way to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. I was able to take the too small harness and bless a homeless guy who was pushing his dog in a stroller. I love my harness and my dog does too. It is great quality and everything that I wanted it to be. This has been the best experience I have ever had with a vendor on Amazon in all the years I have used their service. These people and their product is heaven sent they have truly been a blessing to me and my dog.

We love this stylish harness, it’s well built and I love how there is reflective stitching in the harness. We’ve had multiple harnesses in the past that don’t sit well or weren’t durable. This one has solved all those issues. The colors are vibrant and the clips are very durable. We’ve had it for 2 months now and it’s easy to put on and we’ve had no issues with it. The only thing I wish was different is the clip on top, we use a carabiner on our leash and the clip on the top is a little small for the carabiner. It still works but is a little small. Great harness, will definitely be buying again when this one wears out.

There's nothing I don't like about it. My dog hates wearing anything and fights us on it. But.... Both dogs were very proud to wear this harness and were very patient letting us put it on with took about 5 seconds.Colors are accurate to the photos. Very reflective, dogs looks like they feel very comfortable wearing it. Easy to put on and take off. Looks good. Pull handle is very helpful. I tried it out the other day.

The harness is easy to put on and take off. The color is great, it has safety reflective strips for night walks, and is well made. However, it is NOT "NO PULL" as advertised. That is a feature that is activated when your dog pulls, which tightens strap underneath their arms and loosens upon them walking gently. Disappointing false advertising statement.
