Ok, look, I get it. The pancake arrives (in your mailbox no less) and once out of the vacuum sealed bag, it looks like a sad, freeze dried rat.Trust me, put it in the dryer for 5 minutes on medium heat. The first 3 pictures here are "before" and fresh out of the package. The next 5 pictures are after the dryer. Look how deep the fur is before and after-- you can't even see my finger.Cons : the exterior fabric is a little noisy, feels like a ripstop windbreaker. The whole thing is fully lined in short pile sherpa including the sleeves which aren't overly wide, so forget wearing fat fluffy ski sweaters or sweatshirts underneath. The cuffs are actually slim fit. A few sewing bobbles easily remedied with nail scissors. The pockets aren't lined, so hope you're wearing gloves. And while the front vertical fur and the hood look great like the photo, the cuffs are just about 3 inches wide and the photo looks like 7-8, easy. The fur in the posting looks sooooo long, like at least 3-4" long.... in real life it's about 2" long, but it still looks luxurious.Pros: fluff in the dryer and it's gorgeous, although my "milk" fluffy stuff looked more grey toned on the screen and is more creamy ivory in real life. This sucker is very warm! I am 5'2" 145 lbs and the large fit fine across my chest (36) and shoulders... Maybe a little long. I probably could have done a medium but not worth returning.

Don't Buy This Coat!!! I'm updating my review, originally written last winter. Not only did I take at $44.00 loss on a coat that was too small, flimsy and badly constructed, but I spent $33.00 to return it back in February. A week ago, after repeated attempts to procure a refund, as well as filing reports with Amazon, this coat ended up on my doorstep in a ripped package, drenched in rain, and covered with shipping labels in Chinese. I filed another complaint with Amazon and contacted the seller. Neither have responded. Believe me, this coat is not worth the hassle. After I finish writing, I plan to call Amazon and demand they make good on their promise. Rest assured, NOW I REALLY hate this garment. It's the coat from hell.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I do not "hate" this coat, but the sizing is not what I expected. I wear size Large coats because I like my coats roomy enough to accommodate a heavy sweatshirt, but this one (XL) would barely zip. Additionally, a large amount of the faux fur came off on my clothing after I tried it on, which meant about ten minutes with a lint roller removing chunks of black fuzz. I might add that this coat does not really look like the photograph, at least not in my reality. Perhaps, if you are as thin as that model and the fur is puffed up you will replicate the visual, but I am neither tall nor willowy. When I contacted the seller about returning the coat, the seller asked me to consider taking a 10% refund and 'donating' the coat. I did not want to take a $44 dollar loss on a coat I did not want, nor did I know anybody who would want a coat that shed chunks of black fur on their clothes after removing it. So the seller agreed to take it back. I might add that I live in Illinois and it cost me over $33 to return this coat because it ships from China. As of this writing, I await my refund. If I get a full refund, I will certainly edit this review to reflect that fact. But the reality of the situation is this: Even if I get my refund, I still paid $33 for a coat I returned. Do the math.

It got here on time I order it on a size 3x and I love it the only flaw I found was that it doesn't have a zipper it only have buttons but other than that is pretty and warm and I recommend it

Very plush and warm but I wear a 12-14 and ordered a XXL which fit perfectly. However, Buyer beware that this coat is sized for Asian women and runs really small. I ordered from Amazon Warehouse so if I had to return, I wouldn't have to pay shipping back to China. I had to shop carefully on Amazon to get this coat in the US and not China.

This coat I cannot give it enough praise. It looks very much like to the model picture. I bought the black coat with grey fur. Except the fur is more purple. I also liked that. But this one is much nicer. Well worth the money. Oh I am 5ft 5inches tall and 140 lbs.

I purchased the green color from another provider that has a soft fabric and was so beautiful , this original one is not the same, the material is very stiff and it also wrinkle quick , size M will fit size US-10 to 12 with bust 42 inches . It is not bad but looking less what I expected , the buttons open quickly, no zipper , nice deep side pockets , warm as well and good for windy weather , the hood is large and tall and deep so a big plus . The area of the wrist is tight , also the distance between the snap buttons is too big so wind can easy penetrate , I may do myself a long zipper inside the jacket as that is possible the price for the jacket+shipping is ok , make sure you cam the fur and hang on for relax , 1-2 days it will looks fluffy but not as much as in the picture as the fur is much shorter . Definitely the pictures of all the jackets are not what you get , looks like replicated without the exact details, the original jackets from the pictures have separate inside fur not attached to the jacket permanent . but but but make sure you get size larger than your original size as this type of jackets looks great when you have extra space and not tight fit . It meant to be as shell top jacket for layering . I am 6 feet tall the M fits me fine but L would be perfect , I have 42 inches bust and it is slightly tight in this area but I keeping it anyway as another is coming with larger size and color . It take over a month to delivery . Ordered in November 27 , arrived January 5

Dose not match the description it looks like red foil cheap and tacky the hood and fir half size of what the picture complete a load of rubish and should never have been sold as a red wine coat

It’s nice enough, very warm. Not entirely sure how it’s going to ware and last but fingers crossed.

Though this coat is beautiful and warm, it did not meet my expectation as far as size and fit was concerned. I'm a very petite person, therefore I ordered a small and was very unhappy with the way the coat fit me. The arm length was perfect but the rest of the coat was so large it is like it was designed to fit a large wooden barrel! Because it would have cost to much to send it back to China, I decided to see my tailor. After spending the money to get this coat to fit me properly, it ended up by costing me more in alterations than the price of the coat itself. Also, the snaps are on the outside of the coat, so unfortunately the faux fur is hidden within the coat when it is closed up. I had the tailor put loops and buttons on the inside of the coat so that the faux fur is visible when I close up the coat. The faux fur is beautiful and should be the focus of the coat, so why hide it? Makes no sense to me. This coat certainly needed extensive design alterations, but it is now perfect for me.

Don't make the same mistake as me and order a size larger thinking it'll fit small because it's a Chinese company. Sizes are actually converted Asia/US and the jacket should fit your regular size. I ordered a medium but should have ordered a small which is my size.The jacket is super warm and comfy and great even for Canada winters, but the collared fur is actually hidden inside as the buttons are on the outside of the jacket which was a big disappointment for me.The customer service was fantastic though! Seeing as I wanted to return it, they agreed on refunding a certain % of the jacket in order to spare me the hassle (and $) of returning it to China. The saved money will help cover the charges for the touch-ups as I am getting a zip-up installed on the inside in order to make it fit smaller and have the collar on the outside just like in the picture. :) It'll be just perfect that way!!To sum it up, if you want the jacket to look like in the picture, order a size larger and get it touched up. Jacket: 7.5/10, jacket after touch-ups: 10/10, customer service: 10/10. Very satisfied!!

I ordered a size larger than normal because I like roomy coats. The size I ordered arrived but the fit is a size smaller than normal so I am not happy with the fit nor the fact that the fur sheds but it would cost more than I paid in return shipping.
