This is a great product if you have a hard time falling asleep. After taking it for a while, I did a test where I didn’t take it for a few days, because I personally believed that the effect was maybe placebo. I had a noticeably difficult time falling asleep on the days that I did not take it, and opposite feeling on the days that I did. I will note, this doesn’t keep you asleep, I still wake up in the middle of the night sometimes, but most of the time I am able to get back to sleep. This is the best thing I have tried for a sleep aid aside from melatonin or Benadryl, but obviously this is much preferable.

I’ve been taking this for about a month and I have noticed an improvement in my sleep.
