Best used for lighter spin casting poles.
Placing my heavier saltwater poles in the rod holder, I found that it starts to really bend back and forth almost to the point where it might pop out of the track due to the slight swell movement in the bay, I placed my light spin rod in it and it was a perfect product for that. I like the rotation and up and down adjustment. I can match the direction of the current or if I need to paddle a few licks, I can change the direction away from me and it won't get caught up in the paddle. 4 solid stars

Music in Video
Did anyone else hate/love the music in the demo video? Made me wonder if I was not smart at the same time made me laugh with the delight only found in ridiculous moments.

Serves it's purppae. Seems pretty rugged for the price point. No issues yet.

Good idea, poor quality material
The design is great. The push button adjuster is awesome. The issue is quality of material. I was trolling along with my drag set not too tight. I hooked a snag and even though my drag slipped, it didn't slip before the tabs inside the adjuster part were stripped. It won't even stay in the spot I put it while trolling anymore. Better quality material would make this an awesome rod holder. However, I would not buy this again due to the poor quality of material.

Works great for the price
I got 2 of these because of price.one came broken alittle but I fixed with superglue.but It's still holding. Would never use this for trolling but to hold a Rod on my kayak it works fine..

NO Place for Reel to Sit
NO - if you feed in with the end of the pole your reel is on the outside do will fall right out. IF you place your reel inside of the rotator - then your reel sits in a very awkward position.

The padding on the track fell off before being delivered. The button sticks when you try to turn it.
