I was unsure because if the price point of this item vs other similar items but have to say after just a couple of uses, I can feel the benefit. By the end of the day I felt the need to use it again but it does the trick, a few cracks from my neck and then I feel the release of tension and it lasts a while. Hoping after a few weeks the cracking might stop!
