Pretty good tourniquet holder. CAT tourniquets fit but a little snug and the velco flap has to be stretched q bit but it works.

This is great the weather and tear got to them lasted a while tho but good everything on it

1.The stitching where the shears go was already unraveled and falling apart.2. The TQ is really cheap. It might get you by but you should get a legit TQ.3. The shears were made of substandard mtal which were much thinner gauge than my other EMT shears. These went into the junk droor.In a nut shell... this is airsoft "looks like" the real deal but its not. Save your money and buy REAL kit. Your life depends on it.

First red flag was the fact that the image depicts a red medical image in the item as if its included. Why?!Snaps aren’t very secure so I’m going to return it if it falls off at my next training.

Its less than $15, folks (holder only). Its not like you're getting a top of the line TQ holder. Its functional.
