Very soft and not exactly snug fit but it's okay to have a bit of coushining space. A 13 inch bag could probably fit 14 inch compact laptop. The quality is good.

I ordered a laptop case, but it arrived in a folded condition, which caused a noticeable crease in the material. This is disappointing because I expected the case to be in perfect shape. I hope the seller improves their packaging . Else the product came in excellent quality and it has microfibre material from inside and fits well.
