Sena 5S Motorcycle Bluetooth Communication System, Black, Single Pack

Purchased as a second unit. Audio sounds good but the noise cancelling from the mic doesn't seem as good as the higher end models but with a quality helmet, I'm sure that can be improved. Rechargable via USB-C but requires removal of the auxiliary cable. I guess one less failure point due to a bad flap so that's not all bad. It's not the cheapest Bluetooth unit but it has good functionality and pairs easily with other Sena but can connect to other units via universal intercom. Music sharing works but cannot talk and listen to music simultaneously. Not unexpected of the model. Easy volume control due to the signature dial. Otherwise, it's a reliable unit and has great battery life to boot.

It the latest version of headset. Works well. Batteries last a long time - more than 20 hrs so far. Music, Nav and phone all accessible while riding if needed. Easy volume and skip feature

Great comm unit. Much better and easier to use than Cardo. Great sound. Great connectivity. Easy to use with gloves on too. Good battery capacity. Great value for the $$$$. Highly recommended.

We bought a couple other sets of these, different brands of course. These are awesome and clear as day. When a call comes in you can hear every word and they can't even tell your on your bike. I ride a Harley with loud pipes and you can still hear great. Volume control is super easy to use. I would say they are pretty expensive but worth the money to be able to communicate. My only complaint would be that there is a delay when you click over to talk to your partner and to me that could be a HUGE safety problem if either of us is trying to warn the other about something on the road. All in all I would buy them, great product and they work very well except for the one little hicup.

The bike to bike intercalm worked great, but making phone calls became problematic...this may be due to operatir error. I had received several phone calls while on the road, all callers stated my voice was load and clear. The instructions could be better, playing around with the unit, will make using it more natural. We plan on purchasing 2 more.

I have a Sena 5S that was purchased of couple of years ago and it still works well enough that I decided to purchase another 5S for my passenger helmet. Fair price for a device that does what I want with no unnecessary extra features. Imagine my surprise when my new Sena 5S showed up - Without Speakers. Kinda hard to hear your shiny new helmet communicator - Without Speakers. All of a sudden that price doesn't seem so attractive. Moral of the story? Buy from Sena directly. Same price. Plus you get Speakers, fer cryin' out loud.

My friend and I purchased these so we could communicate while riding motorcycle. They work great! They are clear and good quality! I would purchase again!

This is the second unit I have purchased, thinking they would be super easy to sync together, but they are not! I spent an inordinate amount of time with customer support. Once the units were paired together, I continually have problems with the intercom with one rider hearing the other, but not being able to Communicate. In other words, only a one sided conversation. Also, sharing music has been a nightmare. and 99% of the time I can’t get it to work… So frustrating! I will never buy SENA again.
