Ive had this laptop for about 2 weeks now. I was nervous buying this because theres so many mixed reviews, but here is my pros and cons and honest opinion (coming from someone who only plays sims and gta5). Ive watched so many Youtube reviews and read so many comments and amazon reviews so it was a very thought out purchase lol. It really has good graphics and runs everything smoothly. Loading times are under 10 seconds no matter what game I am playing. Ive never had a gaming laptop before so i really did my research before buying, and i love this laptop. Light up keyboard, Non flimsy screen (because some people were stating that it wobbles but i dont have a problem with that). battery life does really well and also charges conveniently. All of the features like windows 11 and just the keyboard set up on the laptop is a1 in my opinion. Comes with Omen and Nvidia which just helps you game better. lots of perks with EA and omen discounts steam discounts etc etc. Laptop set up was super simple, downloading apps and things are super easy and fast. I can run my sims game in the background while i google something or watch youtube videos so the ram is nice and i got the 8gb which i was doubting it would be enough ram but its plenty. same for gta5. if youre a casual gamer and still want to have a laptop for day to day basis/ school, i would recommend. i have plenty of storage so far as well. i think it came with 600 gb?? i have about 1000 mods/cc for sims alone with gta and still have a good 500gb left if not more. has bluetooth which i really love to connect my airpods and xbox controller to it. they said it came with an alexa but i havent yet found it or even bothered to look as theres so much to discover when using this and setting up. theres only one or two things ive noticed that i dont like about this laptop but its nothing to not make me buy the laptop again if needed. i noticed your fingerprints are very likely to show all over this laptop lol. outside, mouse pad, screen. lol. nothing to crazy youll just need to wipe often. another thing is the fan is very loud when you have games running. it was noticeable at first because my old laptop wasnt like that but its only because your laptop is processing graphics etc at such a fast pace which is a good thing. i got used to the sound quickly. and the last thing is the mouse pad gets stuck. when i click too much or too hard when gaming it gets pushed down and will get stuck. longest its lasted was like probably less than 5 minutes. just little bit annoying but you can still tap and use mouse any other ways. overall, im really happy with this purchase. its my first gaming laptop let alone brand new out the box and im satisfied with it.

As the title suggets, it just works splendidly. Whether I'm gaming, editing, surfing the web it does it all quick&smooth. The 15.6 inch screen is wide enough to enjoy anything you watch plus it has a very HD display; everything looks gorgeous. It runs essentially all games made upto 2022 but the high end ones you do need to tweak the settings a lot (expected for the price tag). Heating is also excellently managed which many laptops fail to achieve. I haven't seen temp. rise above 60° C while playing. As for negatives screen brightness is too dim & battery depletes waaayy too quick. You will not get more than 1-2 hours of gaming without battery. Ultimately for the 660$ I got this for I definitely I definitely came out on top. It's totally worth buying if you're a busy student like myself that can't spend too much money but still want high quality all purpose laptop.

Other than poor battery life, it's a great laptop. I only get about 2 to 3 hours from a brand new laptop battery which I think is poor, even on energy saving mode.

I genuinely do not understand where the negative reviews are coming from because this is a steal of a laptop. The battery lasts up to like 4-5 hours when not on charge, the screen does go up to 144Hz, the RTX runs really well, and it does have an extra RAM slot so you can change them out. Oh also, the laptop is made of that "not very cheap" plastic which makes it by far the most durable PC I've ever had. Though I am going to still be careful with it of course. I would say that my only criticism would be that the bottom was INCREDIBLY hard to take off which would make it very difficult for repairs, cleaning, and changing hardware. I had to be very gentle at removing it for almost an hour for it to come undone. OH ALSO thank you to whoever decided to put normal Philips head screws on the bottom cause the last 2 laptops I had, had these star shaped ones which were very very annoying. Edit: It has been a bit longer since and I am still rather happy with this laptop. Though I do have a gripe about the keyboard. Ever since I got it, sometimes the laptop will slow down to a very very slow speed (Which is not the end of the world for me, but it is annoying for about 2 minutes) and I cannot seem to find why it is doing it. Other than that, everything is running pretty good and I am still satisfied. Thank you :3

I bought this laptop less than 2 months ago I already had to deal with WiFi that isn't working Numerous times that it got locked for no good reason and I had to go all out to find a recovery code. It crashes randomly when it's not in use amd have Google Chrome runs in the background. I am an Amazon seller so writing a bad review is not something I usually do But after talking with Amazon reps trying to return the laptop (after I lost more than 4 hours just today by troubleshooting the laptop and after successfully doing so I had to lose all of yesterday's work and probably more if I wasn't smart enough to backup everything everyday but for some reason yesterday's backups didn't went to the cloud) they said I can only get 80% of what the price is RN which is cheaper by a 100 USD any way from what I paid originally I decided that a bad review is a justified action. I hope Amazon will remember that they said: customers comes first and this is how every seller is working and that is how Amazon got so successfull but with this specific case and order they failed miserably and I am very disappointed! Do yourself a favor put an extra 200$ to buy a better brand and honestly consider getting it from bestbuy or Costco or other retailers that you know you can trust to help you with replacements or refunds if necessary!

I have tried by seeing reviews worst laptop and the seller didn't respond properly when we need the most.. Bcoz of this i have lost two days of work pay and I didn't attend my interview. In rite time it got struck. Awful experience dont try this one

Soy de México y para un envío internacional llegó bastante rápido (3 días), el paquete llegó en buen estado en excepción por la caja de Amazon que llegó un poco matrada. Ahora unas recomendaciones para algunas personas en su primer uso y por el que muchas personas tienen problemas con el bitlocker. PRIMER ENCENDIDO DEL DISPOSITIVO En su primer encendido configurar la configuración básico como se debe, siempre vincular en ese momento una cuenta de Microsoft (Hotmail, outlook) esta parte en la actualidad ya es obligatoria lo digo por que he visto muchas personas que aún no tienen una cuenta de Microsoft en su dispositivo, una ves que logren entrar hasta su escritorio, lo primero que no deben de hacer es irse a su navegador a descargar sus programas de trabajo o sus videojuegos, eso es para después. ACTUALIZACION DEL SISTEMA Actualizar el sistema operativo para todos los dispositivos electrónicos debe ser el primer paso que se debe de hacer para un buen funcionamiento, ya que estás actualización quitarán muchos de los problemas en rendimiento, seguridad, etc. Para esto se tienen que ir a la configuración>Windows update, en esta podrán ver las actualizaciones disponibles tendrán que empezar a descargar e instalar, esto se debe de hacer las veces necesarias hasta que ya no aparezcan más actualización. Va a llegar un punto donde el dispositivo actualizará la BIOS y el FIRMWARE, está se instalara de forma diferente desde el recovery del dispositivo (no se espanten si los ventiladores del dispositivo estan al máximo, es normal eso), una ves que de instalen en su reinicio está la posibilidad que de salta la famosa pantalla Bitlocker, si realmente configuraron bien en su primer encendido con una cuenta de Microsoft ya validada, solo tienen que ir a la página que les dice en esa ventana desde otro dispositivo inteligente (otras computadora o celular) solo tienen que iniciar sesión con si cuenta que ingresaron en la computadora al inicio, si todo fue correcto en la página les aparecerá la si clave de recuperación, solo tienen que meterla en la pantalla de Bitlocker (la clave solo de compone de números). Una ves que ya pasaron la ventana del Bitlocker puede que si ingresaron una contraseña para su inicio por seguridad puede que les salte un mensaje que la contraseña no cumple con el formato y no podrán acceder. Esto solo se soluciona ahí mismo, les saltará una ventana de cambio de contraseña, primero les pedirá iniciar sesión con su cuenta de Microsoft por seguridad al cambiar la contraseña, está la pueden cambiar por otra diferente o la misma que tenías. En mi caso cuando se cambió mi contraseña la pantalla se puso en negro posiblemente por los drives de los gráficos, en mi caso solo puse la contraseña en el teclado y me dejó entrar a mi escritorio, como tal es como si se apagará la pantalla pero sigue en la pantalla de bloqueo. Una ves terminado eso, una vez más verifiquen si hay más actualizaciones del sistema y hacer de nuevo las instalaciones necesarias, si ya no aparecen más pues ya puedes irte a tu navegador a descargar tus programas favoritos y tus videojuegos. RENDIMIENTO en cuanto al rendimiento es bastante bueno, una recomendación es que expandan la memoria RAM a 16GB ya que con 8GB se queda corta actualmente. Y esto sería todo por esta reseña espero que les alla sido de ayuda.

Es una computadora muy completa, la memoria RAM (2 ranuras con 4gb cada una) es suficiente para realizar tareas de navegación y multimedia, he tenido abiertas al mismo tiempo las diferentes tiendas de juegos, páginas web, música en Amazon music y no he tenido ningún problema, sin embargo, decidí comprarle memoria RAM en mi caso 32gb + 4gb de las que ya trae, espero corra aún mejor y sé que estará sobrada. Al principio me preocupo la pantalla, se veían como flashazos muy leves (casi imperceptibles), después de actualizar todos los drivers, Windows, BIOS, etc., ya no volvió a suceder. La pantalla es de 60Hz con 250 nits. El sonido, si bien esta firmado por Bang&Olufsen, no es nada del otro mundo, tenemos que ser conscientes de que es una laptop y el sonido se escucha simplemente decente. Por cierto, en otra opinión se comenta sobre lo de la BIOS, lean esa opinión antes de encender su lap por primera vez. Algunos se quejan de que es muy ruidosa y solo sucede a veces cuando activas el modo rendimiento (aun así, creo que no conocieron las laptops de los años 2000), sin embargo, tu puedes controlar el ventilador (ECO, Silencioso, equilibrado, alto rendimiento) Trae la aplicación OMEN que es excelente para hacer limpieza, personalizar su funcionamiento y optimizar la laptop, se agradece. No trae la letra ñ, pero puedes modificar la disposición del teclado, así como también puedes cambiar el idioma de Windows ya que trae la edición HOME, se tiene que descargar el idioma y después aplicarlo. Efectivamente trae la tarjeta RTX 3050, no la he usado mucho, pero corre muy bien StreetFighter5, CounterStrike, Age of Empires 3 y 4, con gráficos moderados o altos. El procesador es Core i5 12500H Carga muy rápido, en una hora de 80%, si la usas en modo equilibrado te dura 3 horas o más la batería, en alto rendimiento 1 hora. Incluye 1 mes de Microsoft365. 1 mes de McAfee y 1 mes de GamePass. La caja traía un pequeño detalle que no afecto en nada al equipo. No hay muchas reseñas de esta computadora en internet, sin embargo, después de revisar las ACER, ASUS y LENOVO, por sus precios no ofrecen las capacidades de esta (por ejemplo, ampliar la memoria RAM hasta 64GB y el almacenamiento) la recomiendo 100%, yo la compre por 15mil pesos (860USD).
