2017 Toyota Tacoma SR 4x4 6 cyc: Cheap price, cheaply made out of plastic but so far so good.
Got this for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma SR 4x4 6 cyc. Probably one of the hardest do-it-yourself jobs, replaceing your PCV on a Tacoma. Okay, maybe changing the spark plugs was rough too, but this was almost as bad. Man, tight area to work in, and in removing the old one, I stripped it and was left with half the valve still in the hole- doooh. Anyway, once I got an extractor (1/4") to remove what was left, I was able to hand thread the new one in. I was afraid to fully torque the new one, thinking too much would strip it too. So it's in there and working. Not sure I will replace it after 30K as recommended. Very good price, but again it's plastic, not metal. Why??????
