Is this suitable for use in a kitchen backsplash where ceramic tile meets a quartz countertop?

I did not have much luck with this product. It was used to seal between the tile backsplash and quartz countertop. I ordered it because it was the same alabaster color as the tile grout. After the first application I noticed cracks appearing after about a month. They came back and redid the caulking and cracks have started appearing again and needs to be redone. Maybe I just got a tube from a bad lot
