It is a very very nice book .It covers many topics like history, geography, indian states etc.It is a must-have for children. I'm saying this because my age itself is 12 and I love the book.

If you want to look up a book while hunting about India, this is a useful book to have in your collection!

Everything about India is in this book andeveryone should have one copy in their house, Its not only help UR children but adults can also learn from this book and I personally believe this book is for all ages.

Completely outdated information. The last information is from 2013 or so. Much waters have flowed in the Cauvery ever since!Nothing about the current Government is available. Nothing about the current politicians or even the mega world news — Covid-19.Yes, if we want to know about India's history and about its States, something is there. It's not comprehensive.I checked Karnataka's name. It says it's derived from two words — Karu and Naru. It is Nadu. Many errors like that. A bit poor editing and lack of important information.There are better current books available with more pages. Not recommended.

The price was the main factor why i purchased the book. Since i brought it for my child of 8 years but it seems less useful for him. But the service from amazon and seller was above par

What I like about the book?This book is about my country, reminds me of old school days history/geography books.What is missing?It has all text, no images at all.There are place where images was must, not sure why author didn't consider putting images. page 2 talks about national insignia and flag; author has added lot of content, a picture would have made better impact.
